Cassandra Jo Vallozzi of Greensburg and Randy Joseph Rockinson of Cambridge, Mass., and formerly of California, were united in marriage on Aug. 26. The Rev. Sheldon Moore officiated the ceremony at the First Reformed United Church of Christ in Greensburg. A reception followed at the Greensburg Country Club.

The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald J. Vallozzi of Greensburg. She is the granddaughter of Janet Kelley of Export and the late Dr. Ronald E. Kelley, and the late Herman C. and Gloria Vallozzi of Greensburg.

The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert J. Rockinson of Davenport, Fla. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Ivan O. Peck of Grindstone and the late Stephen and Margaret Rockinson of Brownsville. His great grandparents are Thelma J. Rush of Confluence and the late Telford E. Burkett and the late Emory and Amanda Peck of Rockwood.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride wore a white, two-piece satin gown with a strapless bodice, corset back, and full skirt with chapel-length train, all embellished with embroidery, Swarovski crystals, bugle beads and seed pearls. A tiara of crystals held a fingertip veil with pencil edging.

The matron of honor was Lauren Cima, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Danielle Rancatore and Lori Trayter. The bride’s niece, Makenzie Cima, was the flower girl.

Christopher Cima was best man. Groomsmen were David Moore and Philip Buchanan.

The bride graduated in 2005 from Geneva College with a bachelor of arts degree in communication and public relations. She was formerly employed with Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Ltd., Greensburg.

The bridegroom earned a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2004.

He also earned a master’s degree in media arts and sciences in August from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge.

The couple honeymooned in Orlando, Fla. They are now residing in Redmond, Wash., where the bridegroom has accepted a position with Microsoft Corp.
