Burglary reported
A semi-automatic assault rifle that was modified to be fully automatic was among the items stolen from Brandon Pitts’ home on Coolspring-Jumonville Road between Saturday and Sunday, state police said. Police said thieves also stole 30 rounds of shells for that gun and 30 rounds of 9 mm shells, along with a safe, laptop computer and various other items. Anyone with information is asked to call the Uniontown barracks and refer to incident number B04-1543802.

Man charged
State police at Belle Vernon charged Frederick Cunningham of Fairbank with harassment after he allegedly chased a juvenile boy along Fairbank-Herbert Road around 9:10 p.m. Saturday. Police filed the charge with Magisterial District Judge Mike Defino Jr.
Luzerne Twp.
Car damaged
State police at Belle Vernon said a shot from a pellet gun possibly damaged the window of 41-year-old Paul Bennett’s car. Bennett, a Labelle resident, was on Penncraft Road near Factory Road around 11 p.m. Saturday when the damage occurred, police said.

Charges pending
State police at Belle Vernon said charges of providing a minor with alcohol are pending against a 23-year-old Dawson man, who police alleged gave a 19-year-old Perryopolis man beer in a parking lot on Route 51 at Tony Row Road. Police said charges of underage drinking are pending against the 19-year-old man.

Accident reported
State police said no one was injured in a two-vehicle accident at the intersection of Main and Penn streets around 10:35 a.m. Wednesday. Police listed the drivers of the vehicles involved as Robert Ayersman, 21, of Rowlesburg, W.Va., and Margaret Perry, 60, of Dilliner.

Man charged
State police at Belle Vernon charged David Eugene Gilmore, 39, of 128 Laurelview Road in Mount Pleasant with terroristic threats and simple assault after he allegedly threatened and physically harmed Betty Jo Gilmore, 40, of Dawson around 6 a.m. Thursday. Police alleged he made threats to Betty Jo Gilmore throughout the day, telling her he would shoot her and burn down her home. Police filed charges against David Gilmore before Magisterial District Judge Ronald J. Haggerty Sr., but Mount Pleasant Borough police took Gilmore into custody on an unrelated matter. Haggerty will arraign him on the charges this week, police said.

Man charged
State police charged Ryan Michael Moore, 22, of Uniontown with reckless endangerment after he allegedly shot an arrow from his own yard into a window of the Virginia Circle home of Kimon R. Guseman, 46, and Tammy L. Guseman, 44, around 6:30 p.m. Oct. 1. Charges were filed before Magisterial District Judge Joseph M. George Jr., police said.
