David Martin, 83, of Melcroft, Pa., died Saturday, Oct. 14, 2006, at the home of his daughter. He is survived by sons, Charles Saylor, of Painesville, Ohio, William Martin, of Melcroft, and Robert Martin of Indian Head; daughters, Mrs. Richard (Janet) Knight, of Dawson, Mrs. William (Donna) Snyder and Mrs. Barry (Carol) Laymen, both of Indian Head and Mrs. Harry (Audrey) Porter, of White; 16 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and sisters, Eva Grimm, of Melcroft, and Vera Keslar, of Stahlstown.

Friends will be received at Clyde Brooks Funeral Home Inc., Route 711, Melcroft, Pa., today, October 17, 2006, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 9 p.m., and Wednesday, October 18, 2006, until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service.
