Greene issues warrants for child support cases
A Greene County judge cited one defendant with contempt of court for allegedly failing to comply with a court order regarding child support and issued arrest warrants for 13 defendants for allegedly failing to appear at court hearings for support of their children. In the domestic relations section of Common Pleas Court, Judge William R. Nalitz cited Scott M. Rimmel of Dilliner for failing to comply with his court-ordered child support.
Nalitz also issued warrants for William W. Areford Jr. of Waynesburg (two cases); Anthony J. Burnworth of Jefferson, Bruce D. Hartzell of Prosperity, Elzie E. Lavery Jr. of Uniontown, Dolores I. O’Lear of Carmichaels, Paul A. Shubert of Greensboro, Debra Stewart of Masontown, Michael Booze of Crucible, Albert P. Fox Jr. of Rices Landing, Kevin L. Knox of Washington, Frank E. Mitzen Jr. of Rices Landing, William T. Scott of Car-michaels and Joseph M. Stevulak of Dilliner.
