Dwayne R. “Butch” “Smuck” Hair
Dwayne R. “Butch” “Smuck” Hair, 60, of Dunbar, died Tuesday, October 24, 2006, at home comforted by his family. He was born April 19, 1946, in Connellsville, Pa., a son of the late James T. and Nancy G. (Hannan) Hair.
He was a member of Saint Vincent DePaul Roman Catholic Church, Leisenring, and was a past member of the Dunbar Township Eagles Club. Dwayne was a lifelong truck driver. Prior the his retirement, he was employed by Hughes Trucking for over 30 years.
He is survived by his wife, Michelina E. (Andolino); three daughters: Kathryn Andolino and husband, Joe of Monarch, ADREA Eutsey and husband, Joe-e of LeMont Furnace, and Deserae Georgiana and husband, Chris of Uniontown; nine grandchildren: Jared, Zachery, Keirsten Andolino, Jolyn and James Eutsey, Aaron, Rachel, Sarah and Ryan Georgiana; one brother, Wilbur Hair and wife, Beatrice of Dunbar; sisters: Mary Ellen (Pat) Speelman, Donna Phelan both of Dunbar, Shirley Sokol of LeMont Furnace, Dorothy Stiner and husband, Larry of LeMont Furnace, Billene Staszel and husband, John of Connellsville and Karen Wingard and husband, Ray of Dunbar; mother-in-law, Mildred Andolino, and a sister-in-law, Anna Dunn and husband, John all of Monarch; also several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Kathleen (Katie) Kostelnik (8/10/98).
Visitation will be held Thursday from 4 to 9 p.m., and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., in the PAUL G. FINK FUNERAL HOME INC., 418 North Pittsburgh Street, Connellsville, Pa., where a Blessing Service will be held Saturday at 9:15 a.m. A Funeral Mass will follow at 10 a.m., in Saint Vincent DePaul Roman Catholic Church with Monsignor Edward McCullough as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Saint Rita’s Roman Catholic Church, Connellsville.
A Parish Wake Service will be held in the funeral home, Friday at 4 p.m.
