Lawrence Alan ‘Larry’ Weiland
Lawrence Alan “Larry” Weiland, 42, of Kennesaw, Georgia, died October 17, 2006. A native of San Francisco, California, Mr. Weiland was a graduate of California State University at Hayward where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
He was an avid scuba diver and enjoyed all beach activities.
Mr. Weiland was preceded in death by his brothers, Frank and Philip Weiland.
He is survived by his mother, JoAnn Lazaran Weiland of Kennesaw, Georgia; father, Ronald T. Weiland, Jr. M.D. of Antioch, California; brother and sister-in-law, Ronald T. Weiland, Jr. and his wife, Gilvania Weiland of Dunwoody, Georgia; nieces, Samantha Weiland of Sacramento, California and Kailani Reis-Weiland of Dunwoody; nephew, Julio Reis deSilva of Dunwoody and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening, October 27, 2006, from 6 to 8 p.m. in H.M. PATTERSON & SON, ARLINGTON CHAPEL, 173 ALLEN ROAD, N.E. SANDY SPRINGS, GEORGIA 30328 (404-851-9900) where a Rosary Service will be held at 7 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 28, 2006, at 10 a.m. in ALL SAINTS CATHOLIC CHURCH, DUNWOODY, GEORGIA with Msgr. R. Donald Kiernan, Celebrant.
