Charlotta Rose “Sis” Hall Shartzer, 62, of Dunbar and formerly of Farmington, passed away Tuesday, October 24, 2006, in Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, W.Va. Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME FARMINGTON, Friday until 11 a.m., the hour of the service.

Interment will follow in Sansom Chapel Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Charlotta Shartzer memorial fund.
