Woman harassed
State police said someone harassed Sandra Lee Nicolette of Breakneck Road by telephone between 1 and 4:15 a.m. Aug. 27. Police said Nicolette received several phone calls from an unknown person.

Man arrested
State police said 37-year-old Donald Critchfield, no address given, was arrested for driving under the influence after the vehicle he was operating crashed near the intersection of Indian Creek Valley and Fowl Hill roads at 8:13 p.m. Friday. Critchfield was not injured, police said.

Gasoline stolen
According to state police, someone driving a black truck pumped $41.24 worth of diesel gasoline into his or her vehicle at 5:36 p.m. Saturday at Sweet Pea’s gas station on Morgantown Road and left without paying.

ATV stolen
James Reese, 44, of 720 Reidmore Road told state police someone stole a red and black Kawasaki Brute Force 750 all-terrain vehicle from his property between 4 p.m. Friday and 4 p.m. Saturday, police said.

State police said someone stole several bottles of liquor from the American Legion in Republic between Thursday and Friday. Police said the burglar entered the building through a broken window.

City police said Joseph M. Thomas, no address available, was cited for driving under the influence and related charges following an alleged hit-and-run vehicle accident that occurred in the city at 10:59 p.m. Friday.
