Cory Taylor, 27, of 50 Union St., Uniontown, was cited for harassment and other offenses following an incident at 69 Stewart Ave. at 3:34 a.m. Aug. 31, Uniontown police said.

Matthew Robert Brosk, 20, no address given, was cited for public drunkenness and underage drinking after he was found roaming around Zulu Street in California Borough at 1 a.m. Wednesday, borough police said.

Man found bleeding
California police are investigating an apparent assault that occurred Aug. 3 after two unidentified California University of Pennsylvania students reported a man injured and lying on the ground in the 200 block of Temperance Way in California Borough.
When police arrived at the scene, they found Markus Stancik, 19, of Export, along the roadway bleeding and nearly unconscious, He was only wearing a T-shirt, police said. Stancik was unable to give police any information about the incident and was treated by Brownsville EMS at the scene and then flown to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh.
Anyone with information regarding the apparent assault is asked to call California police at 724-938-3233.

Group cited
Eight people were cited for underage drinking after California police discovered them under the influence of alcohol in California Borough sometime last week, police said. Police said those cited were Mathew Carr, 18, of Jennerstown; Shane Fox, 19, of Roscoe; Mathew Gerhardt, 20, of Pittsburgh; Douglas Henderson, 19, of Pittsburgh; Patrick Henderson, 18, of Pittsburgh; Jeffrey Koenig, 19, of Jefferson Hills; Richard Marffett, 20, of Mechanicsburg; and Dustin Taylor, 19, of Camp Hill.

Cash stolen
Southwest Regional police said Brian T. Griffith of Newell was charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property after he stole $800 from Deborah Proctor, also of Newell, from her home on Water Street July 21.

Man charged
Zachary Edward Bonacci of Belle Vernon was charged with two counts of altered or forged documents after he changed vehicle registration plates on his vehicle in Belle Vernon at 2:35 p.m. Tuesday, Southwest Regional police said.

State police said Gregory Michaux of Brownsville was charged with harassment after he threatened Carl McCoy, also of Brownsville, at the Hunter’s Ridge Apartments at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Police have filed charges against the following individuals in unrelated incidents:
– Robert F. Hall Sr., 39, of Connellsville, with criminal mischief after he allegedly broke a window at a residence located in the 400 block of North Pittsburgh Street on Aug. 30.
– Richard L. Kuzma, 26, of Connellsville, with littering after he allegedly discarded paperwork from an earlier arrest in the 100 block of Water Street on Aug. 31.
– Gary L. Bradley, 32, of Connellsville, with trespassing after he allegedly violated a trespass order at Gibson Terrace on Aug. 31.
– James B. Claybourne, 61, of Connellsville, with possession of a controlled substance after he was allegedly found with the substance on Aug. 31 in the 100 block of South 8th Street when he was taken into custody by police on an outstanding warrant.
– Richard E. Graft Jr., 39, of Connellsville, with retail theft after he was allegedly observed removing $31 of merchandise from the Dollar General Store on Aug. 31.
– Patricia E. Jeffers, 41, of Connellsville, with public drunkenness after she was allegedly found intoxicated in the 300 block of Water Street on Sept. 2.
– Rodney D. Basinger, 39, of Connellsville, with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found intoxicated along Baldwin Avenue on Sunday.
