John W. Wingrove, 72, of Vanderbilt, Pa., died Saturday, September 9, 2006, in his home. Surviving are a daughter, Anna L. Carr and husband, John of King George, Virginia; a brother, Donald R. Wingrove of New Bedford, Massachusetts; nieces and nephews.

There will be no viewing or visitation. The Ralph E. Galley Funeral Home, Dawson, Pa., is handling arrangements.
