NEW LIFE WORSHIP CENTER, Smithfield, will hold a fall extravaganza on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. A yard sale will start at 9 a.m.; car wash, 10 a.m., spaghetti dinner, 11 a.m.; and auction, 4 to 5 p.m. A bake sale will also be held. Dinners are $5 each. Eat in or take-out orders will be available. All events will be held throughout the day. CURFEW GRANGE will meet at 7 p.m. today. New members will be obligated and officers will be elected. Fire Department’s request will be voted upon as stated in the letter to all grangers. Carl Meiss will be in attendance, representing state grange.

ALZHEIMER’S SUPPORT GROUP will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Family Service Center, 140 N. Beeson Blvd., Uniontown, third floor boardroom.

ASBURY UNITED METHODIST WOMEN will hold a unit covered-dish dinner at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Members are to bring tableware. Diane Miller, conference ambassador to Russia and Pakistan, will be the speaker.

REHOBOTH PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH will hold its fall festival on Sunday from 1 to 5 p.m. Carnival games, prizes, children’s area; bake sale and food will be featured.

ST. PROCOPIUS CHURCH, New Salem, will hold a bingo Saturday at the social hall. Kitchen and doors open at 5 p.m. Early birds start at 6:45 p.m. and regular games at 7. Admission is $4. Kitchen will serve pork sandwiches, hamburgers, pizza, wings, chicken planks, fries and more. Public many go to eat and not stay for bingo. On Sept. 24, a holupki dinner will be served from noon to 4 p.m. A Chinese auction and mini bingo will be held that day as well.

FRIDAY NOON 12 AND 12 GROUP OF AA meets at the Tradition One Club, Colonial Plaza, 31 Connellsville St., Uniontown.

INTO THE CANDLELIGHT GROUP OF AA meets at the Tradition One Club, 31 Connellsville St., Uniontown, 11 p.m. Fridays.

FRIDAY NIGHT FAIRCHANCE GROUP OF AA meets at 6:30 at the Trinity United Methodist Church, Main Street, Fairchance.

PERRYOPOLIS GROUP OF AA meets at 7 p.m. Fridays at the First Christian Church at Circle and Liberty streets.

FRESH START GROUP OF AA meets at noon on Saturdays at the Free Methodist Church Hopwood-Coolspring Road.

MASONTOWN SERENITY GROUP OF AA meets on Saturdays at 8 p.m. at the All Saints Church, 100 S. Washington Ave.

SUNDAY NIGHT GROUP OF AA meets at 6:30 at the Tradition One Club, Colonial Plaza, Connellsville St., Uniontown.

SUNDAY NIGHT BROWNSVILLE GROUP OF AA meets at 7 at the United Methodist Church, 412 Second St.
