Ethel Irene Morich
Ethel Irene Morich, 81, of Daisytown, Pa., died Wednesday, September 13, 2006, in the Saint Anne Home, Greensburg, Pa., following a lengthy illness. She was born January 8, 1925, in Daisytown a daughter of the late Alex and Julia Billie Hajdu.
Mrs. Morich was an active member of the Daisytown Hungarian Presbyterian Church, Daisytown, Pa.
She was a homemaker.
On November 20, 1943, she married Paul “Tubby” Morich who died February 7, 1994.
Surviving are two sons: Vincent Morich of Greensburg, Pa., and Randy Morich of Daisytown, Pa.; one granddaughter, Dana Morich of Daisytown, Pa.; and one grandson, Chad Morich of Daisytown, Pa; one brother, Alex Hajdu of Daisytown, Pa.; and several nieces and nephews also surviving.
Deceased in addition to her husband, is two sisters, Helen Walko and Gladys Isler, and one brother, Steve Hajdu.
Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 8 p.m., in the JOHN B. GRENLEE FUNERAL HOME, 2830 Main Street, Beallsville, Pa., where friends will gather Saturday, September 16, 2006, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., to proceed to Daisytown Hungarian Presbyterian Church where services will be held at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Paul Min officiating.
Interment will be in LaFayette Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.FuneralHome.com.
