west union James J. (Jack) Dunn, 83, of West Union, died Wednesday, September 13, 2006, in Washington Hospital, Washington.

After graduating from Morris Township High School at Prosperity in 1941, he was employed as a truck driver for Washington Produce Company, he served in the United States Army, after the war he was employed by Penn Manufacturing in Washington and then by River Raisin Paper Company of Washington, which later became the Union Camp Corporation in Eighty Four, Pa. He retired from Union Camp after 33 years of service. He was also a self employed TV and radio repairman for several years.

He is survived by four daughters: Amy Sue, wife of David Onder of North Huntingdon, Beth Clark of West Union, Sara Jo, wife of Robert Shields of West Union and Karen Meg, wife of Devin Wilson of Rogersville; 12 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Robert G. Dunn and wife, Mona Lou of Prosperity; and nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m., Friday in the Behm Funeral Homes, 182 West High Street, Waynesburg, and on Saturday, September 16, 2006, from 10 to 11 a.m., in the West Union Presbyterian Church, West Union.
