Gertrude M. Lewoc
Gertrude M. Lewoc, 88, of Carmichaels, Pa., formerly of Chambersburg, Pa., died September 22, 2006, in Southwest Regional Medical Center, Waynesburg, Pa. She was born September 14, 1918, in Pittsburgh, Pa., the daughter of the late Fred J. Fischer and Sophia E. Walters Fischer.
She was of the Roman Catholic faith.
Surviving is her sister, Alberta Nicholson of Carmichaels, Pa.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Lewoc, a daughter, Paula Brown, brother, Harry Fischer and sisters, Dorothy Seals and Florence Seals.
Friends will be received in the PAUL M. LESAKO FUNERAL HOME, INC., 204 Dowlin Avenue, Carmichaels, Pa., on Monday from 3 to 7 p.m. and on Tuesday from 9 to 10 a.m. The funeral service begins at 10 a.m. with the Rev. Father John Bauer officiating.
Interment will be in Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson, Pa.
