The following people were recently admitted to the Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) program in Fayette County Court. The program is generally for first-time, non-violent offenders. It offers them an opportunity to serve a term of probation in exchange for having their court record expunged. President Judge Conrad B. Capuzzi

Christopher Michael Casey, 21, of Smock was admitted to ARD for 12 months for DUI.

Sonja D. McKinney, 34, no address listed, was admitted to ARD for 24 months for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

Jennifer Marie Vargas, 18, of Grindstone was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Mary Frances Bloom, 41, of Smock was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Teah-Arra Yancey, 19, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Sylvia Sue Switch, 24, of McClellandtown was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Donald Ray Shultz, 21, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Jessica Hellen Blout, 22, of Uniontown was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Eric Randall Brooks, 20, of Lake Lynn was admitted to ARD for DUI.

Michael Wayne Downs, 32, of Dickerson Run was admitted to ARD for six months for false statements to law enforcement.

Kenneth Wayne Miller Jr., 24, of Scottdale was admitted to ARD for six months for corruption of minors.

Jennifer Jean VanSickle, 25, of Markleysburg was admitted to ARD for six months for disorderly conduct.

Michael Anthony Casper, 20, of Masontown was admitted to ARD for six months for possession of a small amount of marijuana.

Matthew James McCormick, 31, of Grindstone was admitted to ARD for six months for harassment.

Samuel Oran Thomas Jr., 31, of Vanderbilt was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Scott Allen Hayden, 27, of Farmington was admitted to ARD for six months for two cases, each involving a charge of bad checks. He was ordered to make a total of $1,176.11 in restitution to U.S. Food Service.

Albert Ray Swing Jr., 50, of Connellsville was admitted to ARD for six months for DUI.

Melissa Sue Malone, 25, of Fairchance was admitted to ARD for six months for access device and was ordered to make $80 in restitution to Janet Denis Phillip.
