Anita Lilley of 5 Oak St., Masontown, told borough police someone entered her house, broke several items and spray-painted profanity on her bedroom walls Friday evening.

Robert Cramer, 21, of McClellandtown told state police a black man with his face covered stole his wallet while he was using the automatic teller machine on North Main Street at 7 a.m. Sept. 23.

Borough police arrested Darell Thorton, 20, of 34 Main St., McClellandtown, for possession of an illegal drug in the Fort Mason Village on Sept. 22. Thorton was arraigned before District Magisterial Judge Joe George and held at the Fayette County Prison on $25,000 straight cash bond.

Borough police said they cited a 13-year-old girl for disorderly conduct after she threatened another teenager Thursday evening in Fort Mason Village.

Borough police cited Whitney Harvey, 19, of 325 W. Church Ave. on Sept. 21 for underage drinking after she called EMS and said she had alcohol poisoning.

State police issued a warrant for the arrest of Matthew Samuel Laktash, 38, of Bentleyville after he allegedly slammed a woman’s head inside a dryer and threw her to the ground at 10 p.m. Friday.

No one was injured during a traffic accident Friday afternoon at the intersection of Hecla and Ricci roads, according to state police. Vehicles driven by Cody Fullman, no address given, and Christina Sirianni of Clemmons, N.C., collided at approximately 2:30 p.m.

State police cited Josephine Walker of Fredericktown and a 12-year-old Vestaburg juvenile with harassment after Walker allegedly pushed an 11-year-old Denbo youth and fought with the 12-year-old over a football game at 4:05 p.m. Saturday. The incident is under investigation, the police said.

Vehicle accident

A station wagon driven by Jennifer Smith, 33, of Dilliner overturned after hitting an embankment along state Route 88 at 12:40 p.m. Sept. 18, state police said. Smith was not wearing a seatbelt and was injured during the accident, police said. Greensboro Volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.

Dawn Boone of Connellsville told state police that someone driving a white sport utility vehicle struck her vehicle on Route 166 and then fled the scene at 3:52 p.m. Friday, police said.
