Douglas Albert Scott, 50, of Uniontown was charged in district court for scattering rubbish on the 356 Burgess Field Road property of George Robert Fayock, 62, of Uniontown. The alleged incident occurred at 9 a.m. Thursday, according to state police in Uniontown.

Hit-and-run crash
An unknown vehicle struck a 1989 Buick LeSabre parked at the Colonial Inn and then fled the scene at 10:30 a.m. Sept. 12, said state police in Uniontown. Witnesses to the crash are asked to call police.

State police in Greensburg arrested and charged Robert A. Rollinson, 23, of Scottdale with driving under the influence of alcohol at Route 981 at Charles Houck Road at 1:50 a.m. Sept. 9.

Nathan Calcagni, 18, of Star Junction was cited with criminal trespass and criminal mischief after he allegedly refused to leave the Arch Street, Star Junction residence of Helen Calcagni, 48, which he was advised he was not welcome at, and broke a basement door at the home at 7:50 p.m. Friday, according to state police in Belle Vernon.

State police in Belle Vernon said someone forcibly entered the Grindstone Road residence of Jacob Willson and stole a Smith & Wesson revolver sometime between 5 a.m. and 3:40 p.m. Saturday.
