Leonard G. Lewis, 78, of Everson, died Monday, September 25, 2006, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg, Pa. He is survived by his wife, Melvis E. Smith Lewis; sons, Haydn G. Lewis, of Everson and Jeffrey A. Lewis, of Jeannette; two grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and sister, Bernadine Edwards of Far Rockaway, N.Y.

Friends will be received at Frank Kapr Funeral Home Inc., 417 W. Pittsburgh St., Scottdale, Pa., today, Sept. 28, 2006, from 2 to 9 p.m. and Friday, Sept. 29, 2006, until 10 a.m., the hour of the Service.
