Marigrace Butela, Dunbar Township tax collector, reminds property owners in Dunbar Township that the second payment is due on Sept. 30, for those who have taken advantage of the Connellsville School District’s installment plan. All payments received after the due date, are subject to a 10-percent penalty on the installment amount due. The Dunbar Township tax office will be open from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. today and from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.
