Harold M. Hahn, 80, of Uniontown, Pa., died on Tuesday, April 3, 2007, in his home. He was born on September 23, 1926, in Easton, Pa., a son of the late Arthur F. Hahn, Sr. and Florence (Hess) Hahn.

His parents and a sister, Mae Mannick preceded him in death. His wife, Margaret M. (Martinkovich) Hahn also died on Tuesday, April 3, 2007.

A prominent Uniontown businessman, Harold and his brother, Arthur founded Allen Monument Company in 1959 until 1992 when he became the sole owner and operator of the business. He attended Saint Therese Roman Catholic Church.

Harold proudly served his country during World War II with the United States Marine Corp. He was a member of the Lions Club, the Masonic Lodge and was active in many organizations over the years. He adored his grandchildren and loved golfing and fishing.

Left to cherish his memory are two children: Larry Hahn and his wife, Donna of Ft. Myers, Florida, Michelle Sileo and her husband, Mark of Maywood, New Jersey; a grandson, Justin Sileo; brothers: Arthur F. Hahn, Jr. and wife, Arlene of Morgantown, West Virginia, and Elwood Hahn of Toms River, New Jersey; and many nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services will be held at the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME, INC., 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa., with the Rev. Father Kenneth G. Zaccagnini officiating.

Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Therese Roman Catholic Church.
