German Twp. Man charged

Gregory Stephan Fulton of Masontown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after a traffic stop on Route 166 on March 11, state police said.

Trespass reported

Lloyd Wiles of Smithfield told state police that someone entered a home he owns on Ondrejko Road and attempted to steal a television and two videocassette recorders at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, police said.

Man charged

State police said Frankie Wallace, 32, of North Union Township was charged with criminal trespass, criminal mischief and public drunkenness after an incident at the North Union Township Volunteer Fire Department at 8:15 p.m. March 30.

Charges pending

State police said charges will be filed against a 20-year-old Connellsville man after police discovered him with marijuana, prescription medication and alcohol in a wooded area near Rilla Drive at 10:25 p.m. Tuesday.

Vehicle stolen

State police said a 1996 Chevrolet Silverado owned by Dennis Stewart of Normalville was stolen from his home on Quail Road between 8 p.m. Monday and 4:20 a.m. Tuesday.

Windshield damaged

Toni Zooner of Smithfield told state police that vandals damaged the windshield of her vehicle while it was parked Georges-Fairchance Road between 1 and 4 a.m. Monday, police said.

Alcohol stolen

State police said a bottle of alcohol was stolen from the Wine & Spirits store at the Fayette Plaza at 4:11 p.m. Thursday.

South Union Twp.

Tools, medication stolen

Paul Forcier of Uniontown told state police that several tools and multiple prescription medications were stolen from his vehicle while it was parked in a lot on Matthew Drive between 4 and 4:20 p.m. Thursday, police said.

Teen threatened

State police said charges are pending against an Addison man after he allegedly threatened an unidentified teen at 7 p.m. Wednesday.

Teen charged

State police said a 17-year-old New Salem teenager was charged with consuming alcohol at a home on Fourth Street in Filbert at 3 a.m. Wednesday.

Hit-and-run reported

State police said they are looking for the driver of a vehicle that collided with a car driven by Kansis Neth of Grindstone on New Hill Road at 11:50 a.m. Wednesday and then fled the scene. Police said Neth suffered minor injuries in the crash.

Report issued

In the first quarter of the year, Redstone Township constable Michael Mucy served 142 warrants, 104 landlord/tenant complaints, 53 civil complaints and two subpoenas.

He also provided nine transports from prisons and provided public assistance on 16 occasions, logging 7,926 miles in the first three months of the year.

Brownsville

Suspicious activity reported

Several people in the area of Williams Street told Brownsville police that two male juveniles were attempting to break into vehicles Tuesday around 11 p.m. The suspects were described as white males, one wearing white shorts, the other wearing dark shorts. Neither suspect was located by police.

Brownsville

Vehicles damaged

Mark Sabol told Brownsville police that someone damaged two vehicles, two houseboats and a motor yacht at Pike Mine Tipple.

Sabol reported the damages Wednesday at 6:55 p.m. He told police he last saw the vehicles intact on Saturday, March 31.

Windows were broken on the two vehicles and one was moved in an attempt to roll it over a hillside. The windows were also broken on the three boats and the interiors were ransacked.

Brownsville

Boat entered

Carol Wagner called Brownsville police Thursday at 2:51 p.m. to report that two white males in their 20s were on her boat parked at her property at Pike Mine Tipple along Albany Road. Wagner told police the two men got into a green Ford Ranger with Pennsylvania registration YVD-3555.

Anyone with information on who may have been operating that vehicle is asked to contact the Brownsville police at 724-785-7334.

Theft reported

State police said someone used a credit card owned by Anthony Fronius, no address available, to purchase more than $2,000 worth of merchandise between Monday and Wednesday.

Yvonne Renee Clark told state police someone stole her 1991 gray Chevrolet truck from a parking lot Tuesday or Wednesday.

State police reported that a female juvenile pressed charges against township resident Sandra Crossland after she allegedly slapped the girl at 2:15 p.m. Friday.

Gas stolen

Someone in a blue truck stole $36 worth of gasoline at 11:36 a.m. Friday, according to state police.

Vehicle damaged

Wendy R. Duranko, 33, of Uniontown told state police someone damaged the front, rear and driver’s side of her vehicle at 4:30 a.m. Friday on First Street. Police are asking anyone with information to call 724-439-7111.

Crash investigated

State police investigated a vehicle accident on Dry Knob Hill Road at 10:30 p.m. Thursday. DUI charges against the driver are pending, according to the police report.

State police charged Carol Townsend, 57, of Smithfield with harassing David Townsend, 58, of Masontown at 1 p.m. March 31.

Items stolen

Rookies Bar, 6 Oliver Square, reported to state police that someone stole change from the cash register and a small video machine from the bar at 1:57 a.m. Friday.

South Union Twp.

Money stolen

The Pizza Hut on Daniels Drive reported to state police that someone stole $5.35 from a cash register Thursday or Friday.

Fayette County

Line stolen

Someone stole more than 220 feet of aluminum power line from a utility pole near Davisons Stone Quarry Road on Wednesday or Thursday after cutting down the pole with a chain saw, leaving local residents without power. Estimated damage is approximately $4,440, according to the police report.

Brownsville

Vehicle abandoned

A vehicle owned by Andrew Hess, 1109 Third St., Hiller, was found abandoned in the Bank Street parking lot Wednesday at 9:18 p.m. Brownsville police were attempting to contact Hess or his relatives.
