Several men worked with cribbing blocks to try and move a tractor-trailer hauling machinery that got hung up at the intersection of Route 21 and Route 40 Monday evening. According to Fayette County 911, no emergency personnel were called to the scene, but traffic was delayed while towing crews worked to remove the truck.
