Cited were Brandon R. Bell, 22, of Scottdale; Anthony M. Marcinte, 22, of Connellsville; Steven Morganti, 21, of Reading; Gregory N. Franko, 21, of Uniontown; Joshua T. Wiltrout, 23, of Meyersdale; Nichole R. Reichart, 20, of Pittsburgh; Lisa Marie Steigerwald, 20, of Pittsburgh; and Adam D. Rively, 22, of Johnstown. Reichart and Steigerwald also were cited for underage drinking, police said.
