Dolores N. Ramage Weimer, 73, of Connellsville (Bullskin Township) died Tuesday, April 24, 2007, in Excela Health Latrobe Hospital. She was born October 5, 1933, in Latrobe, a daughter of the late George and Anna Mae Jordan Lydick.

Dolores worked as a caregiver and nurses aide for many years and was formerly employed by the State of Pennsylvania. She was a member of the Connellsville Church of God. Dolores loved gardening and working with crafts.

She is survived by two children: Arlene Ramage of Connellsville and Ronald Ramage and his wife, Karla of Connellsville; two grandchildren: Rick Snyder and his wife, Erin and Raymond Ramage and his wife, Susie; two great-grandchildren: Michael Ramage and Kaitlyn Snyder; one sister, Gladys Shipley and her husband, William of Connellsville; and one brother, John Lydick of Footedale.

In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her first husband, Raymond Ramage, her second husband, Hobert “Jake” Weimer, two infant children, Raymond and Norma, two brothers, Richard and Norman Lydick, and three sisters, Marilyn Soffel, Joann Holler and Carol Lydick.

Friends will be received from 2 to 9 p.m., on Thursday in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME, INC., 111 East Green Street, Connellsville, where services will be held at 11 a.m., on Friday with the Rev. Tim Irwin officiating.

Interment will follow in the Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville.
