Gloria J. (Brewer) Currey, age 74, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Saturday, April 28, 2007, in LaFayette Manor, Uniontown, She was born January 17, 1933, in Gilmore, Georges Township, Fayette County, Pa., the daughter of John Brewer and Ida (Davis) Brewer.

Gloria was a member of Hopwood United Methodist Church.

She was predeceased by her parents, her husband, Hartzell Earl Currey in 1989, a brother, John Brewer, and a sister, Shirley Spiker.

Surviving are her children: Larry Brewer and his wife, Sheila (Hixon) Brewer, of Michigan and Debra Bryson and her husband, Ken, of Hopwood, Pa.; a brother, James Brewer and his wife, Vicki, of Sykesville, Maryland; sister, Mary Brewer of Hopwood; a sister-in-law, Lola Brewer of Fairchance, Pa.; and many nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, Pa., today from 7 to 9 p.m., Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday, May 2, from 10 until 11 a.m., the hour of the Service with the Rev. Randy Costolo officiating.

Interment will follow in Jacobs Lutheran Cemetery, Masontown, Pa.
