Shania Lachanna Wilkes, 19, of New Castle was cited for public drunkenness and underage drinking after she was discovered on Strawberry Way under the influence of alcohol at 2:10 a.m. Sunday, California police said.

California police said Steven Christopher Rava, 24, of Pittsburgh was charged with public drunkenness when he was discovered under the influence of alcohol on Wood Street at 11:43 p.m. Wednesday.

Copper stolen
William Colvin of Carmichaels told state police that more than $5,000 worth of copper pipes and wiring was stolen from a home he owns on Old Route 21 between March 1, 2006, and Jan. 26. Police said the property damage from the theft totaled $15,000.

Cars collide
Vehicles driven by Janice Wigner of Waynesburg and Elmer Mitchell of Bishop, Va., collided on West Run Road at 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, state police said. Wigner suffered minor head injuries, police said.

Gerald Jackson of Belle Vernon told Southwest Regional police that a his white and brown goat was stolen from a fenced area of his property at 800 Main Street in Belle Vernon on Jan. 26 or Jan. 27, police said.
