Christine L. Vojacek Lowman
Christine L. “Teeney” Vojacek Lowman, age 85, of Dunbar, Pa., passed away Thursday, February 1, 2007, in Connors Personal Care Home, Dunbar, Pa. She was born April 12, 1921, in Youngstown, Fayette County, Pa., the daughter of Martin Vojacek and Agnes Chabika Vojacek.
“Teeney” was a homemaker.
Her parents, her husband, Charles Lowman, a brother and a sister preceded her in death.
She is survived by four sons: William Lowman, Monarch, Pa., Regis Lowman, Dunbar, Pa., Baron Lowman, Carmichaels, Pa., and Clyde Lowman, Chandler, Arizona; a sister, Agnes Ridley, Lemont Furnace, Pa.; special nephew, Lou Ridley, Lemont Furnace; 10 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends today, February 4, from 2 to 9 p.m. in the BURHANS-CROUSE FUNERAL HOME, 28 Connellsville Street, Dunbar, Pa., where a Blessing Service will be held Monday, February 5, at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Msgr. J. Edward McCullough officiating.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
