Two-car crash
State police are investigating a two-car accident that occurred at 1:05 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of Rubles Mill Road and Seghi Road in Georges Township.
Police said vehicles driven by Jessica Troycheck and James Fowler, both of Smithfield, collided. No injuries were reported, police said.
North Union Twp.
Theft reported
Thieves stole about 250 rims valued at $300 from B&D Tire, located at 661 Pittsburgh Road in North Union Township, between 5 p.m. Friday and 6:15 a.m. Saturday, state police said. The rims were located on the exterior of the building, and they were unsecured.
South Union Twp.
Hit-and-run probed
State police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred at 5 a.m. Saturday at the Sheetz convenience store on Route 40 in South Union Township. Police said an unidentified man parked his vehicle at the business and went inside the store. When he returned, he noticed that his rear bumper was damaged.
Springhill Twp.
Man cited
State police cited John Vaught, 33, of Smithfield on harassment charges at 11:20 p.m. Thursday during an incident at 4172 Morgantown Road, Springhill Township. Police said Vaught allegedly pushed and kicked Lisa Vaught, 33, of Point Marion during an argument over using a vehicle.
North Union Twp.
Vehicle damaged
Levi Harris of 606 W. Penn St., Uniontown, told state police that someone caused an estimated $9,600 damage to his 1997 Ford Expedition Wednesday or Thursday while it was parked at his North Union Township home. Anyone who has information about this incident is asked to call state police in Uniontown at 724-439-7111.
