Jeff and Cindy Phillips of Dawson announce the engagement of their daughter, Dawn, to Jason McCoy, son of Don and Cindy McCoy of Connellsville. Dawn is a 1997 graduate of Frazier High School and is employed as a medical assistant at Southwest Women’s Healthcare in Uniontown.

Jason is a 1999 graduate of Mt. Carmel Christian School and is employed as a truck driver at U.S. Foodservice in Greensburg.

An Aug. 30, 2008 wedding is planned.
