Harassment reported

State police said a 21-year-old Uniontown man pushed Lynn Thomas of Uniontown to the ground as she tried to stop him from leaving a residence at 201 Woodview Terrace at 11:50 p.m. Sunday.

Stereo stolen

State police said a car stereo owned by Kathy Griffith of Point Marion was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked on Morgantown Street between 11:30 p.m. Monday and 7:30 a.m. Tuesday.

One-car crash

Dorthia Argirakis of Belle Vernon suffered moderate injuries when the vehicle she was driving rolled over on Fitz Henry Road at 12:29 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.

Cars collide

No one was injured when vehicles driven by Betty Cramer and John Dale, both of Grindstone, collided on Route 4020 at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday, state police said.

Money stolen

James Wolak of Everson told state police that loose change was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked in the borough between 2:30 and 3:15 p.m. Monday, police said.

Monthly report

Luzerne Township police responded to 54 calls for service during January resulting in seven citations, according to police Chief Roy Mehalik. Police reported two burglaries, three vehicle accidents and two incidents of harassment during the month. Police also recovered two stolen vehicles in the township during January while patrolling more than 1,000 miles, police said.

Two charged

State police said Julie Hensel and Charles Brooks, both of Lemont Furnace, were charged with simple assault and harassment after a domestic dispute at a Cottage Avenue residence at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday.

Man cited

Gary Edward Egger, 50, of Waynesburg was cited for disorderly conduct after an incident at a bar on Smith Creek Road in Franklin Township at 2:50 p.m. Monday, state police said.

Charges pending

State police said charges are pending against an unidentified person after emergency personnel discovered suspected illegal drugs at a home on Valley Farm Drive when the responded to a call reporting a drug overdose at 7:48 p.m. Tuesday.

Tailgates stolen

State police said two tailgates owned by Heitech Corporation of Cedar Bluff, Va., and Whipstock Natural Gas of Clymer were stolen from two pickup trucks parked in a lot in Franklin Township between 8 and 9:30 p.m. Tuesday.

Waynesburg

Monthly report

State police in Waynesburg responded to 950 calls for service in January, including 162 reports of criminal offenses that resulted in 121 criminal arrests, police said. Police investigated 63 crashes during the month and made seven driving while under the influence arrests, police said. Troopers issued 203 traffic citations and issued 151 warnings in January, police said.
