Bridgette Battaglini of Eldersburg, Md., is engaged to wed Todd Plummer, also of Eldersburg. The bride is the daughter of Frank Battaglini of Adah and Melissa Snyder of Harrisburg. She is a 1998 graduate of Brownsville Area High School and is an office manager for a nationwide settlement company.

Her fiance is the son of Gary Plummer of Marriottsville, Md., and Patricia Moffitt of Westminster, Md.

He is a 1993 graduate of South High School in Saratoga, N.Y. He is president of operations for a nationwide settlement company.

The couple chose Sept. 29 as their wedding date.
