Billie Jo Smith of Masontown is engaged to wed Michael John Williams of Lemont Furnace. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ernest and Brenda Wamsley of West Church Avenue, Masontown. She is a graduate of Albert Gallatin High School.

Her fiance is the son of Grendel and Mary Ann Williams of Pine Ridge Road, Lemont Furnace. He is a graduate of Laurel Highlands High School.

The wedding is planned for May 2008.
