JoAnn Lynn Sangston Carson, 42, of Havre de Grace, Maryland, formerly of Uniontown, Pa., passed away after a lengthy illness in Harford Memorial Hospital, Havre de Grace, Maryland, on February 13, 2007. JoAnn was the beloved wife of Steve Carson of Havre de Grace, Maryland; daughter of Joseph Sangston and Barbara Sangston Demko; stepparents, Betty Reddick and Barry Demko; brother, Stephen Sangston and wife, Kerry; brother, Mark Sangston and sister, Jamie Blystone and husband, Keith. She is also survived by David and Carol Carson, David Carson, Jr. and wife, Cheynne, John Carson and wife, Tia all of Maryland; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She also leaves behind her beloved dog, “Scruff”.

Preceding her in death were her grandparents, Agnes Platz and Herman Speigal, Mary Latin Sangston and Curtis W. Sangston, Sr.

Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa., on Sunday, February 18, 2007, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday, February 19, 2007, until 10 a.m. when a Blessing Service will be held in the funeral home. Interment follows in Mount Macrina Cemetery, Uniontown, Pa.
