Man arrested
Justin L. Luckey, 21, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol during a contact stop at a restaurant on Route 40 at 3:22 a.m. Sunday, state police said.
Deemston
Two vehicles crash
No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident Friday around 7 p.m. at the intersection of Morey and Buckingham roads in Deemston. State police said a truck driven by Benjamin Bercosky, 21, of Marianna and a van driven by Thomas Marshall Sr. of LaBelle collided. Both vehicles received moderate damage. Marshall’s vehicle was towed from the scene.

Median struck
State police said a Carmichaels man escaped injury Tuesday in an accident on Interstate 79. According to policghe, James Lawless, 41, lost control of his vehicle attempting to avoid hitting a deer on the icy roadway and the vehicle struck the guardrail in the median around 6:20 p.m.

Man charged
Christopher Webb of Cardale was charged with harassment after he allegedly hit Angie Sabo, also of Cardale, during an altercation that occurred at the couple’s Railroad Street residence at 10:25 p.m. Saturday, state police said.
