Upper Tyrone Twp. Driver killed
Patricia A. Keefer, 64, of Connellsville died after a one-vehicle accident along Broadford Road in Upper Tyrone Township at 1:10 p.m. Saturday, state police said. Keefer was traveling north toward Everson when her Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme crossed over the oncoming lane and off the roadway, striking two fence poles and a tree, police said. Keefer was transported by ambulance and medical helicopter to UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh. She was pronounced dead at the hospital from blunt force trauma to the chest, police said. She was not wearing a seatbelt.

Man cited
Kenneth Leo Ball, 50, of New Salem was cited for public drunkenness after he was found allegedly intoxicated on Main Street in Republic at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, state police said.
Fayette City
Man arrested
State police arrested Edward Veltre, 20, of Fayette City, for allegedly breaking into the Pit Stop Market on Route 201 in Fayette City between Feb. 12 and 13. Police found stolen property from the market along with other stolen property at his home and he was placed in Fayette County Prison, police said.
Brownsville
Man cited
Raul Gonzales Delgado, 52, of Brownsville was cited for public drunkenness after being found allegedly intoxicated on High Street in Brownsville at 10:36 p.m. on Friday, state police said.
Jefferson Twp.
One injured
One person was injured in a two-vehicle accident on Route 21, .2 miles east of Rolling Meadows Road in Jefferson Township at 10:05 a.m. Friday, state police in Waynesburg said.
Police said a 1996 Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Britney Clipper, 21, of Rices Landing and a 1994 Toyota Corolla driven by Kenneth Dangerfield, 54, of Morgantown, W.Va., collided. Clipper suffered minor injuries.
Police were assisted by the Jefferson Township EMS.
Morris Twp.
Vehicle rolls
No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident on Route 18, one mile south of Nineveh in Morris Township at 4:30 p.m. Friday, state police at Waynesburg said.
The accident occurred when a 2003 Jeep Liberty driven by Sean Hinton, 27, of Connellsville veered off the southbound lane of Route 18 and struck a culvert, police said.
The Jeep then rolled over several times and damaged approximately 80 feet of board fence before coming to rest on its passenger side, police said.

Public drunkenness
State police at Waynesburg were called to an incident in the parking lot of Rohanna’s Golf Course and Restaurant in which a Waynesburg man was found intoxicated in a vehicle owned by another person early Friday.
