Stephanie Marie Verba and Jason Edward Rado were united in marriage on Aug. 12 at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Uniontown. The Rev. Michael Crooksten officiated the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Donna Verba of Perryopolis. Her maternal grandparents are Mary Wilkie of Perryopolis and the late Andrew Wilkie. Her paternal grandparents are Mary Verba of Whitsett and the late Steve Verba Sr.

The bridegroom is the son of Edward and Chris Rado of Homer City. His maternal grandparents are Mary Schork of Homer City and the late William Schork. His paternal grandparents are Frances and Nick Rado of Homer City.

The bride was escorted to the altar by her father. She wore a white satin, strapless A-line gown with a rhinestone tiara and a two-tier cathedral length veil with rhinestones.

Matron of honor was Heidi Higbee. Maid of honor was Kathy Guiser. Bridesmaids were Laura Caruso, sister of the groom; Kristy Rado, cousin of the groom, and Lori Persicheti. Flower girls were Sophie and Sadie Shahan, cousins of the bride.

Best man was Craig Sacco. Groomsmen were Jon Higbee, John Caruso, brother-in-law of the groom, Kenny Reese and Larry Cadile. Ushers were Matt and Greg Abel, cousins of the bride. Ring bearer was Bruce Pendelton.

A reception was held in the Crystal Ballroom at Anthony’s Lakeside Party Center.

The couple honeymooned on the islands of Oahu and Maui in Hawaii and currently reside in Indiana.
