City police said Bruce Boyd, 47, of Uniontown was cited for public drunkenness after he was seen allegedly arguing with a woman on the corner of North Gallatin Avenue at 11:50 p.m. Saturday.

Eric Abrams, 24, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and harassment at 2:45 a.m. Saturday after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend, Leslie Marie Abbey of Uniontown, following an earlier incident at a Uniontown residence, city police said.

City police said Ronald Dalesandry, 26, and Kristie Hominsky, 27, both of Uniontown, were cited for disorderly conduct at 3:52 a.m. Saturday after they allegedly kicked each other.

City police said a 15-year-old Uniontown girl was cited for harassment following an incident at a Summit Avenue residence at 10:44 p.m. Saturday.

Guard assaulted
California police said Phillip Ryan Riggi, 22, of Carmichaels was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, and retail theft after he allegedly assaulted a security guard who attempted to stop him from shoplifting at the KwikFill in California Borough at 12:14 a.m. Feb. 4. Police said Riggi is also being charged with driving while suspended and reckless driving.

Kenneth Lee Gates III of Grindstone was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol before Magisterial District Judge Dwight Shaner after a traffic stop on Route 51 at 2:24 a.m. Monday, state police said.

State police said Chad E. Babick of Tarrs was charged with aggravated assault after an alleged incident involving Stephanie Babick of Scottdale at a residence on Potoka Drive at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Man charged
Gregory Michael McClead of Dilliner and Brian Scott Bair of Point Marion were each charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and a single count of criminal conspiracy before Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson after an alleged incident in Dilliner in September 2006, state police said.
Additionally, state police said Brandy Nicole Horwalt of Dilliner was charged with receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy in relation to the same incident.

Southwest Regional police said about $180 was stolen from West Penn Warehousing Inc. and Pittsburgh Fayette Express after a break-in at a warehouse on Main Street at 7 a.m. Feb. 19.
