PennDOT announces road restrictions in Washington Township
The state Department of Transportation District 12 said there will be single-lane restrictions on a section of Route 380 where it crosses over Route 66 in Washington Township, Westmoreland County. The restrictions will be in place for a bridge rehabilitation project that includes deck, parapet replacement, and approach slabs and curb work.
Starting on Monday, the inside lanes (passing lanes) of this section of Route 380 will be closed in both directions so that the contractor can prepare the crossovers so that the eastbound lanes can be closed for deck rehabilitation. This project is scheduled to be completed in late June.
The contractor for this $883,637 project is Swank Associated Companies Inc. of New Kensington.
