Barbara Ann Pergalske, age 80, of Uniontown, Pa., died peacefully on Sunday, December 31, 2006, in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born on November 30, 1926, in Continental No. 2, Fayette County, Pa., the daughter of John Pergalske and Mary (Rebar) Pergalske.

Barbara was a member of Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church, Uniontown.

Her parents, three brothers, John Pergalske, Vincent Pergalske and Raymond Pergalske, two sisters, Martha Perriello and Frances Hrusovsky, two nephews and one niece, Jerry Hrusovsky, Victoria Pergalske and Raymond Pergalske, preceded her in death.

Left to cherish her memory are: her sister, Elizabeth Pergalske Selep and her husband, William Selep, of Uniontown, Pa.; sisters-in-law, Estelle Pergalske and Betty Pergalske; nephews and nieces: Larry Hrusovsky, Richard Hrusovsky, Frank Angell, Violet Gentile, Tina Potts, Betty Ann Long, Mark Pergalske, Mary Jo Wingard, Mary Beth Baker and Joseph Selep; and many great-nieces and great-nephews.

Friends will be received in the STEPHEN R. HAKY FUNERAL HOME INC., 603 North Gallatin Avenue Extension, Uniontown, Pa., today, January 2, 2007, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, January 3, 2007, until 9 a.m. when Prayers of Transfer will be said.

A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 9:30 a.m. in Saint Joseph Roman Catholic Church on Old Walnut Hill Road with the Rev. Father Alexander L. Pleban as Celebrant.

Interment will follow in Saint Joseph’s Cemetery, Hopwood, Pa.
