William R. Swaney Jr. of McKeesport was cited for public drunkenness at 12:15 a.m. Saturday, according to Uniontown police.

John Roscoe of East Highland Avenue told Uniontown police on Saturday that someone damaged the hood of his car during the night, police said.

Three injured
Jonathan Petko, 23, suffered serious injuries in a one-vehicle accident on East Elm Street at 2:40 a.m. Thursday, sate police said.
According to police, the compact vehicle Petko was driving crashed into a culvert.
Police said Petko’s passengers, 36-year-old Gerald A. Rankin and 42-year-old Nicholas J. Masi, sustained moderate injuries.

State police said Theresa A. Smith of 108 Lewis Drive was cited for simple assault after she allegedly struck Clint E. Smith of 108 Lewis Drive during an altercation that occurred at their residence at 2:57 a.m. Saturday.

Man cited
Robert Forsythe of Fayette County was cited for public drunkenness after allegedly being found in an intoxicated state at a service station on Route 21 at 1:58 a.m. Saturday, state police said.

Lisa Mays of 359 Bunker Hill Road told state police a tree stand was stolen from her property between Jan. 1 and Saturday, police reported.

Items stolen
State police said David Johnston, 58, of Westover, W.Va., was cited for retail theft after he allegedly stole a package of chicken and a bottle of salad dressing from the Shop ‘N Save on Matthew Drive at 5:31 p.m. Saturday.
