George S. “Cuddy” Coughanour
George S. “Cuddy” Coughanour, age 79, of Manassas, Virginia, who was born in Hopwood, Pa., graduated from North Union High School in 1947 and was a veteran of the Korean War, died Friday, December 29, 2006, in the University of Virginia Hospital, Charlottesville, Virginia. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Cornell Thomas Coughanour, whom he met in high school; daughter, Laura Coughanour of Manassas, Virginia; and sister, Betty Coughanour Veit of Hallandale, Florida.
Friends are invited to join with family for a Memorial Service in the Manassas Baptist Church, 8730 Sudley Road, on Wednesday, January 10, 2007, at 2 p.m. Arrangements are under direction of the Lee Funeral Home of Manassas Inc., 8521 Sudley Road, Manassas, Va.
