James W. Lohr
James W. Lohr, 72, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2007, at his home. He was born February 24, 1934, at Fellowsville, West Virginia, the son of the late Clinton and Diana Eichelberger Lohr.
James was a veteran of the United States Navy, an electrician who worked out of the IBEW Local No 5, Pittsburgh, a member of the Aurora Lodge 43 F & A M, Newburg, West Virginia, the Osiris Shriners and the National Rifle Association.
He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly Jean Ridley Lohr; a son, Donald (Tink) Blosser and his wife Earla of Lemont Furnace, Pa.; two daughters, Darlene Faust and her husband Frank of Lemont Furnace, Pa., and Kimberly Wilson and her husband Michael of Smithfield, Pa.; three grandchildren, Frank Faust Jr., Rebecca Faust and Robert Faust; and a sister, Doris Welsh and her husband John of Boca Raton, Florida.
Friends will be received in the DEARTH FUNERAL HOME, New Salem, Pa., today, January 12, 2007, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and until 11 a.m. on Saturday, January 13, 2007, the hour of service with the Rev. Ricardo Alicastro officiating.
Valley Lodge Number 459 F & A M, Masontown, will hold services today at 7:30 p.m. in the funeral home.
Interment will follow in LaFayatte Memorial Park, Brier Hill, Pa.
