Frances “Fran” Zeglin Rath, of Mount Pleasant, Pa., died Monday, January 22, 2007, in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa. She is survived by her husband, Donald R. Rath; and a son, David J. Rath, of Latrobe. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Friends will be received at the Eugene G. Saloom Funeral Service Inc., 730 W. Main St., Mount Pleasant today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and until 11 a.m. Friday.
