A Waynesburg man, who was arrested last month following allegations that he sexually assaulted two teenage girls, had many of the charges held for court during his preliminary hearings Wednesday. Justin Larry Bedilion, 24, was arrested on Dec. 6 and charged with two counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, a count of statutory sexual assault, two counts of indecent assault, 11 counts of selling or furnishing alcohol to minors and 13 counts of corruption of minors stemming from six separate incidents.

Police departments in North Strabane Township and Canonsburg filed the charges. Police allege the incidents occurred in those Washington County municipalities.

Bedilion had two separate preliminary hearings Wednesday before Magisterial District Judges David W. Mark and Jay Weller.

According to reports, Weller dismissed all of the counts of corruption of minors and the rest of the charges were ordered by both district judges to be held for court.

According to the criminal complaints, Bedilion was charged with engaging in a sex act with a 13-year old girl in mid- to late August in his car that was parked at a lot in North Strabane Township. He also allegedly provided peach vodka to the 13-year-old, as well as to a 15-year-old girl who was also in the car.

He also is accused of performing a sex act with the 15-year-old girl in February at her home in Canonsburg and providing alcohol ranging from a case of beer to a bottle of hard liquor to several juveniles, ages 15-18, on four separate occasions in July and August, police said.

Bedilion remains free on $50,000 unsecured bond. He was ordered at his arraignment to have no contact with the victims’ families.
