Man cited
City police said Kerry Frey of Uniontown was cited for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident that occurred in the city around noon Saturday.

Three cited
Walter Giffin Sr., Lola Preston and William Pierce, all of Uniontown, were cited for animal cruelty after police responded to a disturbance reported at 79 Lemon St. at 10:26 p.m. Saturday, city police said.
Police said officers removed two dogs from the house because of alleged deplorable conditions.

Woman charged
City police said Christina Rankin of 170 Third St., Uniontown, was charged with resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after allegedly being found unresponsive in a parking lot in the city around 7 a.m. Sunday.

Two cited
Darlene L. Bennett of Clarksville and Nilus H. Bankhead of Adah were both cited for disorderly conduct following an incident in the city around 7:45 a.m. Sunday, city police said.

Items damaged
State police said a cabin owned by John Pogranzni of Pittsburgh was broken into and that various pieces of furniture and personal items in the cabin were damaged. Police said the cabin was located at 124 Skytop Road and that the incident was reported at 9:20 a.m. Sunday.

Fuel stolen
State police said 700 gallons of diesel fuel belonging to Klondike Concrete was stolen from a Route 166 location at 2:27 p.m. Friday.
South Union Twp.
Hit-and-run
State police said Bryan Burnsworth, 18, of Ohiopyle was issued several citations after he allegedly was involved in a two-vehicle hit-and-run accident at 1:53 p.m. Saturday.
Police said vehicles driven by Burnsworth and Richard Barnhart, 42, of Hopwood crashed on Union Street near the Uniontown Shopping Center.
Burnsworth, according to police, allegedly fled the scene following the crash.

Gasoline stolen
State police said $26 worth of gasoline was stolen from the Dairy Mart service station on Hopwood-Fairchance Road at 10:24 a.m. Saturday.
