Irene W. Hughes
Irene W. Hughes, 89, of Uniontown, Pa., died Sunday, January 28, 2007, in the Uniontown Hospital. She was born on July 23, 1917.
She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald Hughes, and son, Clyde.
She is survived by two children: Gerry Merryman of Crafton, Ohio and Edgar Hughes and wife, Maureen of Belle Vernon, Pa.; three grandchildren: Philip, Paul and Nathan; and two great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received in the BARNETT-SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 680 Cherry Tree Lane, Uniontown, Pa., on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Where a funeral service will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m., with the Rev. Charles Gray officiating.
Entombment will follow in the LaFayette Memorial Park.
