Robert Elgic Coffman, 49, of Connellsville, died January 29, 2007, in the Highlands Hospital. He was a graduate of Connellsville High School Class of 1975.

He was formerly employed by Anchor Hocking Glass Company for 29 years. After the plant closing Robert worked several years as a truck driver with Penn DOT.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife of 17 years, Christine Ann Soltis of Connellsville; two stepchildren: Lori Rankin and husband, Donald of Md., Nicole Lazor at home; three step grandchildren; brothers and sisters: Marcina Dillinger and husband, Richard of N.C., Rita Jo Bierer of Scottdale, Margie Coffman of Connellsville, Kelly Maselli and husband, John of Connellsville, Elmer W. Coffman and wife, Margaret of Connellsville; numerous nieces and nephews; and two special pets.

Family and friends will be received in the Paul G. Fink Funeral Home, Inc., 418 North Pittsburgh, Street, Connellsville, on Wednesday from 2 to 9 p.m., and on Thursday from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. the hour of the funeral service.
