Rick McCormick, a member of the Uniontown Firemen’s Ambulance service, changes flags Monday for the Elks organization at the corner of Church Street and Beeson Boulevard, Uniontown, with the help of the Uniontown Fire Department. The department routinely performs this service for Uniontown businesses.
