Woman threatened
State police said Scott Wayne Morris of Waynesburg was cited for harassment after he reportedly verbally threatened to harm Linda Zieniewicz at a residence on Flowers Street in Franklin Twp. at 6:30 p.m. July 3. Woman charged
Kathleen Tracy Sutton, 42, of Waynesburg was charged with harassment after a physical altercation with Andrea Dronebarger of Waynesburg at the 600 Building at Mountainview Gardens in Franklin Twp. at 6:25 p.m. July 3, state police said.
Charges filed
Jennifer Lynn Colina, 18, of Nemacolin was charged with disorderly conduct after she allegedly caused a disturbance at Cedarwood Apartments in Cumberland Twp. at 4:30 a.m. July 3, state police said.
Men charged
Garrett Albert Phillips Jr., 41 of Mt. Morris and Joseph Steve Danko, Jr., 52, of Bobtown were charged with harassment after they were involved in an argument on Bald Hill Road in Perry Twp. at 8 a.m. July 4, state police said.
Juvenile cited
State police cited a 17-year-old from Carmichaels for underage drinking after the juvenile was stopped at the intersection of Route 21 and Elm Drive in Franklin Twp. at 3 a.m. July 8 and was found to be in possession of 11 bottles of beer.
One-vehicle crash
State police said Randi Patton of Waynesburg was not injured when the vehicle Patton was driving collided head-on into a support beam near Route 218 and Brickyard Hollow Road in Franklin Twp. at 4:50 a.m. July 8.
Vehicle crashes
Jason Hyde, 27, of Point Marion was not injured when his vehicle struck a guardrail on Route 88 in Dunkard Twp. at 1:15 a.m. July 8, state police said. According to reports, Hyde was traveling at a high rate of speed and was unable to negotiate a right curve before striking a guide rail. He was also arrested for driving under the influence, police said.
Vehicles collide
State police said vehicles driven by Brant Collins, 22, of Jefferson and Dale Milliken, 22, of Rices Landing sustained severe damage after they collided on Route 188 at Washington Street in Jefferson Borough at 3:30 p.m. July 5. Collins sustained injuries. Collins’ passenger, Cory Collins, 18, of Clarksville, and Milliken were not injured, police said.
Charges filed
State police charged Randall Debolt, 48, of Aleppo with theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief following allegations that he stole jewelry belonging to Carmen Aberegg of Aleppo from her Windy Gap Road residence between 7 and 7:30 p.m. July 5. Police also allege that Debolt damaged several items in Aberegg’s house. Charges were filed before Magisterial District Judge Lou Dayich.
Quad stolen
Glen Miller of Jefferson reported to state police that sometime between 2:30 and 3 a.m. June 30 someone stole a green and black Suzuki 750 King Quad from his yard.
Vehicles collide
State police said Megan Trump of Waynesburg suffered minor injuries and was taken to Southwest Regional Medical Center after her vehicle and a vehicle driven by Justin Yeager of Prosperity collided at the intersection of Route 188 and Trailer Court Road in Morgan Twp. at 5 p.m. July 4. A passenger in Trump’s vehicle, Les Pemberton of Waynesburg, and Alicia Zites of Carmichaels, a passenger in Yeager’s vehicle, were not injured, police said. Police said all occupants were wearing seat belts and both vehicles sustained moderate damage.
Hit-and-run probed
Bernice Garrett of Waynesburg reported to state police that a white van sideswiped her vehicle at the intersection of Sugar Run Road and Route 21 in Franklin Twp. at 11:40 a.m. July 6 and did not stop, state police said.
