Semenoff, Morgan announce engagement
Terry and Andrea Semenoff of Carmichaels announce the engagement of their daughter, Katie, to Frank Morgan, son of Frank and Judy Morgan of Marianna. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Velma Virgili and the late Ernest Virgili and Sophia Downey and the late Harold Downey.
The future groom is the grandson of the late Rita and Frank Dankovich and Mattie Morgan and the late John Morgan.
Katie is a 2001 graduate of Carmichaels Area Junior-Senior High School, a 2005 graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a 2006 graduate of Morgantown Beauty College. She is employed as a facial specialist at Heidi’s Hair Studio in Carmichaels.
Her fiancé is a 1997 graduate of Bethlehem-Center High School and a 2002 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania. He works as an art teacher in the Brownsville Area School District.
An Aug. 4, 2007, wedding is planned.
